This website is owned and operated by Sunburst Logo LLC.

We are now able to take on the most challenging and difficult embroidery images. We have access to the most current state of the art embroidery equipment that our industry offers. This technologically advanced equipment allows us the ability to significantly reduce our overhead and pass those savings directly to you. We now provide a complete logo development service. It's as easy as you sitting at home in your recliner and e-mailing us over your logo, along with the quantity of different types of shirts you are wanting to use. Once we receive that, we can figure out how many stitches that the image is composed of and view the intricacies of the art work. Once this has been determined, we will send you back a quote via e-mail. In this way, if you decide that you would like to work together two weeks later, we will both have a record of what was discussed. Once the job is started, we will start developing the software for your embroidery image. We will then e-mail you a virtual proof of the logo for your approval before we ever actually start applying it to any apparel. This protocol hopes to make sure that everything is not only spelled right but laid out the way you prefer it well before you go to open up a box of completed product. In these days, technology has touched every sector of our economy and custom embroidery and screen printing are no exceptions. It all starts with the person who is developing the software that tells the machine how to sew it. The completed product is never going to be any better than the individual who created that software. There is often a tremendous difference between one software writer's work from another. An accomplished software writer has the ability to create the illusion of depth even on a flat surface by using different types of stitches and throwing them in different directions. If done correctly, this can take a flat image and create the illusion of being three dimensional.

Here are a few examples of why we are set apart from the rest of the Indianapolis embroidery companies. It's our everyday protocol of doing things along with the attention to detail that really makes a huge difference,we apply the same approach and attention to detail with every order regardless of the quantity of the run or the dollar amount being spent. We live and die with the repeat order along with the referral and it's been our approach that if we can be faithful with the small orders, then larger orders will follow along with good referrals.

Once the job is underway, we will send you a virtual example of your digitized artwork before we ever actually start applying it to any garments in order to make sure that everything is spelled correctly and laid out just the way you prefer it. If there are any changes for editing that needs to take place, it is very simple to adjust the image at that point. Once it is applied to the shirts, you can't change it. When it comes time for you to open up the box of completed product, that is not a good time to ask you how you like them. At that point, they are completed and nothing can be done to change what is already in place. There is an old proverb in our industry that says, "If you don't have time to do the job right the first time, then how in the world are you going to have time to do the job over again?". If everything looks good on the computer screen, we then prefer (if production time will allow) to provide a physical sew out for your approval. Believe it or not, a lot of companies in our industry do not do this. Normal lead time is two weeks from when the down payment has been submitted.

Our goal is to make your order experience as simple and easy as it can possibly be from start to finish. We also have a great website that is often updated with the customer in mind being extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. It has well over 2000 items to pick from. If there happens to be something that you're looking for and you don't see it on our website, let us know and we will try to help you locate it.

We remain dedicated to providing a service where you are as comfortable obtaining your custom embroidery and screen printing from us as we are producing it it for you. It's been our experience that if we do our job well, then the repeat orders along with the referrals will take care of themselves. We are so confident that we can provide you with the best overall value that we strongly encourage you to acquire at least two other competitive bids in the Indianapolis area.
