No hassle at all. That is what we are here to do. We can go about it many different ways. The first way is that you can give us a call and talk to one of our knowledgeable screen printing staff in person. Another way is that you can do it right from our web site. Just go ahead and click on free quote request and then fill in the required information in order to to give you an accurate quote. Once you do that then you should receive that tee shirt quote within 24 hours of being submitted.

  • Who's our every day normal customer?

We provide more t shirts than any other one item. An every day bid request is for custom screen printing or embroidery. We also get asked for a whole lot of caps. This might range from a small run of one of two dozen to a run of one thousand. It's all over the board. We don't really have a particular way of doing things. Our customer base is so different from one to another. We take a great deal of pride in the ability to be flexible. We try to be faithful in doing the little things well. Therefore we treat the small order with the same respect and attention to detail as the huge one. We understand that the person who only needs a small run of embroidery is often on a very limited budget. Their order is as important to them as a large corporation's order is to them. We try hard in order to give these orders the same respect and attention to detail because we know that it's all relative. We also know that trying to be sensitive to this along with our approach of delivering a great completed product on time along with a great price is what sets T-shirt Indianapolis apart from the other custom screen printing and custom embroidery companies in Indianapolis.

We know there a lot of choices to choose from when it comes down to what screen printing and embroidery company that you want to print your tee shirts.

  • How do I know that you guys are going to be the best choice?

Let's start with our reputation. We have well over fifteen years of screen printing and embroidery experience behind us. Look at it this way, you're just not going to be in business for as long as we have if you don't know what you are doing! We use the latest T shirt screen printing techniques as well as use what is considered to be our industry's finest equipment. This enables us to not only cater to the easy jobs, but also the most difficult ones. Many of these logos are quite complicated pieces of art. We take a lot of pride in being able to do many jobs that most other Indianapolis screen printing companies just are not capable of doing. Our work load will vary from the most complicated forty different color images to the easy one or two color embroidery designs.

  • How much would it cost to have a tee shirt made?

There are many different variables that we consider before submitting a bid. Every job is going to be unique unto itself.

We're happy to furnish you with a free no obligation quote on your T shirts and any other type of apparel you might want. When you get on our web site, you will find that it is very easy to navigate. The catalog has many different kinds of hats and jackets to choose from. Just email us your logo and let us know how many and what type of tee shirt or hats that you want. Then let us know if you would prefer screen printing to embroidery. You should expect your free no obligation bid within one working day. It's that easy.

  • Am I buying the set up and if so, do I own it once the job is done?

We are not charging you for a set up. We are charging you to create a film. Then once we are finished with it, we will store the film and pull it again for reuse on a future order at no additional fee. If you decide that you would like to have it, we will be more than happy to let you have it. This ends up being easier on the environment compared to just throwing it away. It also lends itself to keeping land fills from filling up. The reorders are easy since we don't have to do color separations.

  • When your bid is submitted, does your bid also include the t-shirt?

It usually it does. The bid that is given normally does include the garment. We strongly recommend that you let us provide the tee shirt. We can get it wholesale as we buy thousands of them so it is highly probable that we can obtain the apparel for a whole lot less than you could get it for on your own. Once in a while, we encounter a misprint or there is a hole punched in the shirt during the embroidery process. If this take place, we can replace the shirt affordably and easily. If you supplied them, then we can't always obtain them wholesale and sometimes we can't find them at all.

That being said, if you still would rather choose to go out and get your own tee shirt, then we can compose a special quote that would be for just the embroidery or screen printing image.

  • I can't do art work. Can you guys be of any assistance?

Normally the customer will provide us with good art when they place their order. However a lot of the time, it needs to be cleaned up or color separated . If you do end up needing additional help with your art work, then we can be of some help. A finished t-shirt is never going to be better than the art that it came from. Therefore, good clean art is going to be important to yield a superior finished product.

  • I ended up waiting too long to order these things and need them in just a few days. Am I still going to be able get them in time?

We will be happy to do whatever we can. We offer a three or four day rush service. An extra rush charge will be assessed when you're given your quote.

  • How long does screen printing last?

There are many different factors that will go into determining how long your t-shirt will last. For example: How often is it washed? Is there bleach in your detergent? How often is it going to be worn?

The most important part of getting the most life out of your image is getting a good cure on the ink when it is dried. You can be walking a very fine line between scorching the shirt and curing the shirt. Most screen printing inks will cure at 320 degrees.

Embroidery logos almost always outlast the shirt itself.

  • Can I see some samples of your work?

I would be more then happy to show you some jobs that we have done for other customers in the past.

Please call me or my staff if there are any questions or concerns you may have. We actually answer our phones. You will be able to speak to a real person. If by chance we are on the phone with another customer, just leave us a message and we will call you back as soon as we possibly can.
